Notice on Conducting Centralized Nucleic Acid Testing for Returning Students in the Spring Semester

根据北京市疫情防控要求，自 2022 年 1 月 22 日零时起至 3 月底，进返京人员在抵京后 72 小时内需进行一次核酸检测。未按时进行检测的，“北京健康宝”将通过核酸检测数据库比对后进行弹窗提示。

According to the Beijing's epidemic prevention and control requirements, from 0:00 on January 22, 2022 to the end of March, people entering and returning to Beijing must undergo a nucleic acid test within 72 hours after arriving in Beijing. Otherwise, your "Health Kit" will prompt a pop-up prompt and cannot be used.

为方便学生，学校定于 2 月 18 日、2 月 19 日在新清华学堂开展两次集中核酸检测。非集中时段，学生仍可通过校医院（支付宝搜索“清华大学医院”—绑定个人信息—挂号）或其他机构预约进行核酸检测。

Tsinghua is scheduled to conduct two centralized nucleic acid tests at the New Tsinghua Xuetang on February 18 and February 19 for the convenience of students. At other times, students can still make an appointment for nucleic acid testing through the school hospital (search for "Tsinghua University Hospital" on Alipay - binding personal information - registration) or other institutions.

一、检测时间：2月 18 日-19 日，每日上午 9:00-12:00，下午 13:30-16:30

1. Testing time: 9:00-12:00am, 13:30-16:00 pm, February 18 (Friday), 19 (Saturday)

二、检测地点：新清华学堂

符合返京返校条件的我校学生（含港澳台和国际学生）

*根据北京市当前规定，14 日内有 1 例（含）本土新冠病毒感染者所在县（市、区、旗）旅居史人员严格限制进返京，14 日内有陆路边境口岸所在县（市、区、旗）旅居史人员非必须不进返京，在北京市内封控区、管控区的人员暂缓返校。从境外（含港台地区）返京的学生需完成 14+7+7 入境隔离和健康监测后，凭 48 小时内核酸阴性证明和双绿码申请返校。目前正处于以上地域的学生请严格按照返京返校条件，待疫情形势变化后再行申请返校，届时自行完成抵京后 72 小时内核酸检测。

Returning students (including Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and international students)

*According to the current regulations of Beijing, those who have lived in the county where 1 (including) local new coronavirus infected person has lived within 14 days are strictly restricted from entering and returning to Beijing. Those who have lived in the county (city, district) where the land border port is located within 14 days should not enter or return to Beijing unless necessary. Those who are in closed and controlled areas in Beijing need to suspend their return to school. Those students returning to Beijing from abroad (including Hong Kong and Taiwan regions) need to complete the 14+7+7 entry quarantine and health monitoring, and then apply for returning to school with the nucleic acid negative certificate and double green code within 48 hours. Students who are currently in the above areas should strictly follow the conditions for returning to Beijing and returning to school. These students need to wait for returning to school until the epidemic situation changes, and complete the nucleic acid test within 72 hours after arriving in Beijing.

为避免聚集，请有意愿参加集中核酸检测的学生于 2 月 17 日 12：00 前通过如下链接或二维码提前预约，并根据预约时间，携带手机、学生证前往新清华学堂开展检测。

In order to avoid gatherings, students who are willing to participate in the centralized nucleic acid test are requested to make an appointment in advance through the following link or QR code before 12:00 on February 17. Students need to bring their mobile phones and student ID cards to the New Tsinghua Xuetang for testing according to the appointment time.

完成预约后，请参照“附件”继续完善个人信息。

After completing the appointment registration, please refer to the "Attachment" to continue filling in your personal test information.

五、结果查询 

5. Results Query

学生可以于检测的次日自行在“北京健康宝”查询检测结果。

Students can check the nucleic acid test report by yourself in "Health Kit " on the next day after the testing.

如因故未能完成抵京后 72 小时内核酸检测导致“北京健康宝”出现弹窗提示，请立即完成核酸检测，健康宝将在每日 24:00 查询到本人核酸检测阴性报告后自动解除“弹窗”。 

If you fail to complete the nucleic acid testing within 72 hours after arriving in Beijing for some reason, and a pop-up prompt appears in your "Health Kit ", please complete the nucleic acid testing immediately. "Health Kit" will automatically cancel the pop-up prompt after checking the negative nucleic acid test report at 24:00 every day.

为保障集中核酸检测现场快捷有序，请完成预约的学生按照如下流程提前录入个人信息。

To ensure a quick and orderly centralized nucleic acid testing, students who have made an appointment are required to input their personal information in advance according to the following procedures.

第一步：打开微信扫描二维码

Step 1: Open Wechat and scan the QR code.

第二步：填写个人信息，地址填写现居住地，详细到在校宿舍号，点击提交

Step 2: Fill in your personal information. You should fill in your current residence, including your dormitory number, and then submit the information.

第三步：信息填写成功后，点击查看二维码，将二维码展示给现场采样人员，也可以截图二维码给采样人员

Step 3: After filling in the information successfully, click to view the QR code and show it to the sampler, or take a screenshot of the QR code to the sampler.
